Three committee members are members of the Plan Steering Group – two are councillor ex-officio members and RK is the Civic Society representative. They reported that several details of the work are not clear – which area is covered? Is the effect of RAF Cosford to be considered? What is the brief or statement which establishes the remit for the work – no one had seen this.

Committee was grateful that Alan Wilmot offered to run a raffle and PW said Phyl Woodman would also help with this.
